The backyard is a very nice, large area. We have a mature tree that provides shade to most of the backyard. It also helps keep the house cooler in the summer! The backyard is a child's dream, but all of the toys can be taken down for those that want more open space. The back of the house has two sets of flood lights, vinyl siding (less upkeep than wood siding), new aluminum fascia and new rain gutters that follow the entire back of the house. There is wood fencing on both the south and north sides and a chainlink fence in the back. However, there is a heavy metal fence just on the other side of the property line, which provides complete privacy on all sides of the backyard. Perfect!
