The Neighborhood

Our home is located in Barton Estates.  There are no HOA fees, but we are lucky enough to have a neighborhood association that has a committee and is able to help the home owners stay true to the Irving codes and rules.  The neighbors on both sides of the home are nice, quiet and loving people.  There is also access to the elementary school grounds through a small alleyway that links to the neighborhood.
